All of our products are sent to the UK and within the EU within 3-5 business days of receiving the order, unless you have selected an option to pay for speedier shipping. We obtain proof of postage with each purchase, and we aren't responsible for any items lost in the post. For orders over £50, we will send with tracked delivery.
Please allow 5-7 days for your item to arrive, unless you upgrade to express delivery.
Any other international orders are shipped via standard airmail, and delivery time can take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks depending on your location.
We offer worldwide shipping but do not have any control over customs withholding parcels or any import charges you might incur. We strongly recommend checking with your country guidelines before purchasing online.
All of the shipping charges include packaging to ensure that your purchase is thoroughly protected.
We want to make sure customers are completely happy with their pieces, so will refund or exchange jewellery or accessories, provided they are returned to us within 21 days of receipt in a resalable, new condition. Before you send your piece back, first contact us so we can authorise your return. Authorised returns must be received within 21 days to still be valid for a refund.
Please note, prints cannot be returned as these are made to order, and paintings can also not be returned. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be refunded or returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and each item must be returned in its original packaging and be unused. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the item does not return within the time limit or not in the correct condition, we reserve the right to decline the return.
Please send us an email with your return request and wait for a response before sending it back to us. You will receive details of where to send the package and what to do in a confirmation email.
To request a return you should contact us first. Any items returned without contacting the shop first could result in you losing the refund. Once you have received a confirmation email from us you can return the order.
We are not responsibly for items lost or damaged in the post - however, we will work with Royal Mail and your cooperation to retrieve any lost parcels and please contact us in the case of severe damage to an item.
